Enlightenment, kundalini (energy moving in body) etc are all hearsay. Please do not believe such things. Freedom comes only when you let go of all bondages (preconditions etc) in your mind. You have shackled yourself with chains (memories etc) and only you have the key to unlock them.
@@IRISRainbowWaves There is no such thing as a bundle of energy somewhere stored in the body that you can slowly bring it up physically. The only way you can have a huge surge of mental energy (that you actually feel) is to stop wasting energy by wasteful thoughts. If you stop wasteful thoughts, your body is saving a massive amount of energy. 2% of your body weight (that is brain) uses 30% of total energy produced by the body. This idea of bundle of energy stored in the pelvic region of the body that rises slowly to the throat region is nonsense. Energy cannot be stored like that.
for me compassion is feeling what others feel and love is an unconditional feeling . a good question: can someone be love and not feeling compassion? 🤷♀️
I wrote a lengthy comment with suggestions for the dear girl in her Spontaneous K awakening and it did not post. wonder why? but one thing is sure Mooji has no Clue as to what Kundalini is and the Fiery Kundalini Process at all. Divine Kundalini is the progressive path to Liberation. Only She has the power to grant Liberation. No other power on earth /mind can do that. For the girl my main suggestion is to completely Surrender and develop Trust in Divine Goddess Kundalini .Once you do that and don't let your ego put up too much Resistance as it undoubtedly will, since it does Not wish to die . Kundalini is what Christianity calls the Crucifixion: Kundalini is all about cleansing/ purification of your Shadow../Karma/ dirt in your energy Field. No one has power to know what all is in your soul's record. But she is Fire and will Burn out the Dross. Everything that is Not true ..will be Burnt..this is the Alchemical Work spoken of in the mysteries and in all the Holy books of all world Religions!! In Spiritual Alchemy it is called turning one's lead into Gold. So SURRENDER to her Wisdom/ Love and Power...and She herself will give you guidance. For She is Not separate from your True Self. Good luck to you my dear...remember All is ONE..have No Fear and Trust in the Divine.

Yeah, I love Mooji, and have spent time with him, but it's all part of Advaita, which believes that consciousness is superior to energy -- Shiva is above Shakti -- a kind of #spiritualmetoo situation in popular spiritual systems, both East and West. The energy is incredibly intelligent, and opening up to it actually increases the realization of Oneness and non-dual intelligence. When so-called Kundalini and energy experiences are "looked down on" from the neocortical "witnessing" balcony, you get -- well, what we already have: spiritual teachers who have a sexual shadow.
listening to Mooji here, I don't think he understands the nature of kundalini so does not do this poor woman any justice by trying to answer her questions. The kundalini IS what is leading one to the "supreme state or liberation" as he mentions. The involuntary movements are the effect of the energy doing its "purging" work on the individual as much trauma, conditioning etc is stored in the subtle body. Movement comes about from releasing these blockages which are hindering the movement of energy trying to make its way to the 7th energy centre for union with the divine. Invalidation is also a major blockage from so called "gurus" when the only guru is oneself, of which the kundalini is revealing. Kundalini is essentially the YOUniverse running the erase hard disk of all thats been stored, all the baggage, each character played in each experience. Believe me you've played them all... It is a process of redemption which everyone is bound to experience. If not in this experience, but the next and when it comes for you, you will know.

I had many bliss moments - which came in time and went in time. It showed me that these ecstasies are possible, and part of God's heart. Yet, that which is changeless and always here, is that which liberates. Love is the very essence and substance of creation. To keep looking for ecstasy may wear out the brain and leave you lost. Moojie is always authentic and says the truth. This lovely soul knows that and feels his great love. Only love heals and truth is love as sure as this truth. In this, Mooji is trying to get the girl to understand that while her experience was a high experience of beautiful energy moving through her, that experience comes and goes. It is phenomena. Holding onto that experience as Beingness as unlimited Being, is not it. Like people who get stuck in this form of levitating yoga as though that levitating is it. Any phenomenon or experience that comes and goes and waxes and wanes, is experience. Beingness never changes it never comes and goes, it always is and that is what he’s trying to get her to understand. she’s going to hold onto this one experience of kundalini excitement as “it” and she will be limited to only “it” But, if she lets it go and goes past it… To the beingness that never changes -this is what he’s trying to share with her
Realising and abiding in our true nature is the real awakening and what we should always comes back if for whatever reason fall asleep again. But there are a lot unknown things between heaven and earth, and there is nothing wrong in exploring it.
If one is going through a true Kundalini awakening one should find a guide who knows from direct experience what he/she is talking about and can give guidance and help with this often demanding process, like for example Igor Kufayev. His KUNDALINI course I can highly recommend.
I usually always get shaking and movements when in meditation. This is just a type of purging. It is also the energy moving around the body too. It doesn't happen to all people but it is very normal and spoken of allot in spiritual circles.
I believe the this beautiful awakened girl is actually a teacher for Mooji. He clearly hasn't had a kundlilini awakening. This girl is greatly blessed to have had one. May we all have this at sone point in our existence, I believe it can lead to the state of truth Mooji speaks of. May God bless us all ❤
I believe tha Mooji is not interested at all to kundalini awakening, he is beyond all this. Maybe you didn't understand his answer because you don't know Advaita (non duality). I advise you to go and see what he's talking about. God bless you
I don't have any real interest of Mooji. But I've this so called Kudalini thing going on now for over 10 years. Mooji is right it's an experience and there is Awareness of it, which is the main ring to grasp. Mostly for me the thing has been difficult, sometimes a nightmare, many people will know what I'm talking about.
@niallbourke7963 Oh bless you. Wouldn't you rather see your kundilini experience as a great gift from the divine? I feel you are very blessed to have your kundilini awakened. I'm sorry that it has been difficult you at times! I feel you are right, it is the witness/observer/awareness that is what is the ultimate state of being
i think the experience is a true blessing but it dosen t make happy seeking going back to this state. At the end when you are beyond, that s not the point…
@@niallbourke7963 Yes Kundalini awakening is not easy at all on our ego. After all it is basically a 'death' process. The Ego/ mind-body-complex, who you thought you are is being burnt/ crucified as Christians call the process. But it is also at the same time a Regeneration process. Something New will emerge from the Ashes. Look into the symbolism of the Phoneix rising form the ashes..and many other alechemical symbols that explain the kundalini process. So all told the main thing for you and all who raised kundalini is to do one thing most importantly. Treat Divine Kundalini with the Utmost Respect and Surrender to her Wisdom/ Love and Divine Power. Surrender is all you do and SHE Does all the rest of the work thru her Fire. Wishing you luck on your journey!
I wouldn’t say Kundalini is just another experience. It is an entire transformation. If it’s truly happening and the energy rises, it’ll take away any notion of an individual. I love Mooji but read yourself about it. It’s the event that puts you in the next level of transcendence, not an experience for the person.
What she is doing with her throat is disturbing. The Kundalini is apparently stuck and not reached the crown. Frog in the throat, she should be silent. She asked a question and then answered herself as if she were the guru. So very arrogant
No guru exists…period. She did fine and gave Mooji one of the most revealing questions I’ve heard. Revealing for Mooji because he’s incorrect about Kundalini, it’s certainly not child’s play. He is correct that consciousness is beyond personal experience.
@@renakmans3521my understanding of his response was that in relation to what he experiences - kundalini is child’s play. This is truth. I’ve had a kundalini experience and also had a waking experience of oneness. Oneness is what we are is and is beyond beyond beyond anything - in comparison, it’s true, kundalini is minor.
@@AwakenWithCoachKathy right but calling Kundalini child’s play doesn’t come close. That was unfortunately ego talking. If you truly had a Kundalini awakening you would know it’s no joke and it is a complete transformation of mind, with no turning back. Some people as you know go through years of dark issues until it settles into bliss. I’m not saying it’s the last stop but it certainly is a huge huge step in the right direction.
If you ever experienced kundalini awakening than you know this is not it. Also, whenever we want to identify with any experience, whether good or bad, that's opposite of awakening
