No it's not same sometime rfstdtc will be randomzation that means he will be planned for treatment ie ... Rfstdtc and actual treatment is rfxststc then when you calculate days will be different.
you have explained the EPOCH derivation in this.If i apply the same to EX domain then it is not possible right.Because,RFSTDTC is taken from EXSTDTC.That means both are equal.Plz explain.
