I don't see anything about Mary Betty after this. Do we know if she is still living? She is an amazingly positive voice for all those with the disease!
I know one of her sons very well. May Betty died a month or so ago at 100. She had been living in a nursing home in PA and moved last year to GA where she passed. A memorial service was held at the Crescent Presbyterian Church in Westfield, NJ, just last week (Dec. 18, 2021).
@@alfredberonio5465 thank you for this information. I live in Georgia-so sad to think I might have had a chance to meet her. I am the administrator of a macular degeneration group and have shared her video several times. Please give her son my condolences & tell him that she will continue to be an inspiration with the disease.
I think it depends on where you are (like where sites ship) and budget. But if you have a smart phone you can look up apps. iPhones have a setting that enables Magnifier which uses your phone camera and can use the flashlight at the same time.

oh yeah, and a little tip, you can access voiceover out of the box just by triple clicking the home button. It seams to only work in the initial setup process but can be enabled permanently from settings.
Nice video, i'm visually disabled and i was looking for ideas to give a presentation exactly like yours and it really helped. In a few week i will do the presentation in my school for blind and sighted students and teachers. If you have anything else you can recommend to me, please do so
