Congratulations. THE BEST property video I have ever seen. This is next level editing and great audio. But it is not perfect. One small tip that I would suggest is NEVER, EVER, EVER draw back from a focul shot when you are selling. You do this several times. This is an immediate fail. It disengages your audience. ALWAYS zoom in. Just a suggestion from a guy that makes movies. Bring your audience in, and never out. One other criticism and it is important. You need to talk about the land and not just the house.
Absolutely no information on the land, fences or suitability for dogs. Another FAIL from this real estate company who continue to ignore that most premium buyers own dogs. Land, fences, dogs, land, fences, dogs, land, fences, dogs......
Stupid comment...it's a home for human habitation first and foremost, not a kennel...!! if you buy it, you adapt the land, fences, etc, for your pet..... And yes, I'm a dog owner...
Hamish. I noticed this listing just went down- I don't think anyone purchased it for $35. I'd be 100% keen on this between $20-$25Max. I want to know if the money is available, are you capable of making offers for Block 11, 9 and the others within The Peak Estate??? Surely money talks
$35 M and no indoor swimming pool, As a potential buyer I regard a pool as a must have, it's a tragic oversight in my opinion, especially considering the asking price.
Hi Sumathi, yes the property is still available. Please feel free to call me on 027 298 4123 or send me an email at HamishWalker@Premium.co.nz to find out more. Thanks
