Once they turn that on, you will be able to publish this report to the web , do i need to have premium account to publish

For that schema knowledge is required and data you are working on. If you are doing for job work on query and logic behind it that is enough

Hey, wanted to start this project but I'm getting stuck in command prompt itself , in second command it says 'mysql' is not recongnized as the internal or external command , operational file or batch file. Can you please help?
