YES!!! excellent prospect then add one more and look out, Caleb Williams needs to ignore anything that’s not productive around him and bring in the light of the divinity to surround him!!! Never look back time for the juggernaut to be born!!!
That offense will continue to suffer terribly until they resolve that Offense Line. The Center & both guards need to be replaced. 2 games in a row where it was revealed to be the most obvious flaw of the team. Good Defense though huh?
We need to solidify the O-line (they played too many combinations today and didn't give the supposed starters time to work together in the preseason). But it was a W in the end, and the D and special teams were stout across the board. Once Amagadjie gets into shape the O-line will jell if Shelton holds up at center... I hope? And yes, Williams played like the rookie he is today but he may have learned some things from his performance. Again it went in the W column so Bear Down!
No! Poles likes to carry a significant, but not huge cap amount, into the season. He did that and waited for Sweat last year and it paid off. He doesn't necessarily need to make any moves at this point, but can rather wait a while and see how things play out. Is it likely we win the SB in Williams' first year?... no, but it is possible. He is a great football mind and will likely wait to see how things are at the trade deadline and if we need one guy to go for it, he will grab him. However, if things pan out we may not even need an O-line or D-lineman and he can save his cap space and draft capital for next year. I think we are set to make the playoffs this year, and I have even bet we win a game or two (maybe go all the way). However, we are strong now and I trust Poles to decide when necessary whether we use cap space and/or draft capital or solidify an already good team next year. Bear Down and trust in Poles!
Would be a bad move . Bagent has proven himself last season , and is going to be a great , . I wish Rypien was still on the roster though .Looked good in preseason.
I would not go after him. Next year, with a first round draft and two second round drafts, you leverage them to get a top player at the position needed most. We've already used two picks to get players this year (or is it more than 2?) so I would save what we have left.
HERE I GO AGAIN ! THINGS FOR G.M. POLES TO CONSIDER : AGE, AND INJURIES OH AND ALSO PAPER . PAPER ? HOW MUCH IS POLES GOING TO SPEND ON THIS VETERAN ? INJURIES : CAN HE PULL HIS WEIGHT OUT ON THE FIELD OF PLAY ? , AND AGE ? HE CAN'T BE TO OLD, HE'S GOT TO KEEP UP WITH THE OPPOSING O - LINE AS WELL ,IF NOT " FORGET ABOUT IT RYAN ". JUST SAYING " THINGS TO CONSIDER "
