I have this TT but with driven tooling. An absolutely awesome, very reliable, production machine tool. Just very hungry. Lol. Blessings from South Africa.
I'd love to say something like "hi how much India plz" but I already have a rough idea of what these cost and my three axis is suiting me pretty well. One of these would be great down the line though

Need to use the exact same gage length if you want to do a real comparison. Even a half inch can make the difference. Of course I agree SK16 is better in milling than ER32.
WARNING: When they say leave machine power on and point the camera at the MAIN POWER LED, it doesn't mean the breaker being on is sufficient, the machine actually needs to be booted up!
I have been using this method on my new brother Speedio for a few weeks now. Today, it decides to give alarm CM7549 "Unusable format (USB)" and now I cannot download any programs to the machine. I have tried turning machine and control off/ back on, format the USB, tried a different USB.. all to no avail. Anyone out there have an idea what I need to do to get this to work again?
What is that 11mm 3 flute drill doing at 1:31? Also, glad to see you posting more videos and the production quality going up, but kidnap Mark Terryberry and get some discussion of how you are using the strengths of the machine, with tips and tricks along the way.
We are so happy that you are enjoying our recent content! To answer your questions, the 11mm coolant feed drill is clearing the chips out of the profile slot, which is not seen since this is a dry-cut. What you’re seeing is the dry-cut tool path with the 11mm drill and the coolant turned off. In the “real” cutting cycle doing a “full” slot cut with the 10mm end, the chips do not get evacuated as needed, so the 11mm drill runs the same tool path as the full slot milling path only to remove the chips in the profile slot! We hope this helps! And please feel free to reach out to one of our machining specialists directly if you have another inquiry: www.yamazen.com/contact-us
Another excellent video, but I would prefer that the music was turned off (or significantly reduced) during standard speed to hear the machine. Playing music when the video is sped up is fine though. One thing to add at the top of the screen with the tooling information is the tool diameter.
Hello Ray! If you are looking at this NC Code: X-2.843 Y-27.33 Z115.382 A64.678 X343.941 X-2.911 Y-27.309 Z115.381 A64.699 C342.645 X-2.979 Y-27.288 Z115.379 A64.741 C341.35 X-3.046 Y-27.266 Z115.375 A64.806 C340.055 X-3.113 Y-27.243 Z115.37 A64.894 C338.762 - you can see on each line there is an "X," "Y," "Z," "A," & "C." The program is moving all 5 axis simultaneous - the M200Xd1-5AX is a 5 axis Machining Center!
