Your Brass bowl appears to be made of copper?

Standard Brass is 67% Copper and 33% Zinc so it does resemble copper.

Hey guys, I didn't notice until this video was uploaded that I forgot to put in the clip of me tempering the blade. I placed the knife in my oven at 450 degrees for 2 hours, this softens the blade a little in order to get rid of the hardness that makes it brittle.

i have one as well, i have had NO problems with mine whatsoever. the HF blades are not the best but even with the cheapie blades it cuts admirably well.
