Definitely an interesting lecture.....but I would have liked more analysis of scriptures.....and more historical information.....that being said....it does provide a great introductory basis for the current social/political environment. I did not notice any partiality from the Professor.....such as a previous comment suggested.
nice lecture thank you however I must say that even though the Professor tried to stay neutral on most subjects, the listener can easily discover her opinion, as for example when Professor talked about Algeria and Hijab or Turkey's lifting of the ban on hijab. Professor draws a wrong conclusion from the Algeria case when she says that women were forced to wear it because of their family. Same thing about Turkey's "pendulum swing" and the future predictions.
