For panick attack ,

Everytime I play this for sleep, it brings me back to when I was grounded and couldn't have my devices, Idk why but I started feeling empty, so I got my camera and recorded this so I could listen to it, and everytime I did, I couldn't do anything but think what sadness and terror I was about to be faced when I got my stuff back. ( .P.S. I got grounded a week before a new episode of my LIFE show and I saw the teaser on my aunts phone and I had a panic attack because the character that made me, me, all the signs in the teaser were pointing to her dying..)
