Hi There, The "Marshall Side" is a different circuit on the left channel. The tone stack is a cathode follower as opposed to the way Fender did that. So yes there is a master but its not just adding a master, there is way more to it than that sir. Cheers!

Best custom PR build I’ve heard. Is the speaker a 10 or 12 in this one? Can we order it with adjustable grid bias instead of the original PR bias circuit? Like the DR had (has).
Hey there, the speakers in this particular amp are 2 - Celestion Golds 10" and 2 - Celestion Cream backs 10" - All 4 are 8Ω for a total impedance of 2Ω. I have used Webers in my Uncle Larry amps and IMHO the golds are far superior. Out of the hundreds of UL amps I have shipped only 2 had Webers which were later swapped out by the owners I am told. @@taggmanibanez My speaker choices depend on what amp I am building and what a player intends to do with them. There is no right or wrong choice as it really is subjective to each player, style, and what they want to hear. Cheers

Thank you! Just got a hand me down MIDI controller I always wanted, and will need to do this eventually. This makes me more hopeful I can do this by the time the port fails. I have soldered cables, but wasn't sure how small the contacts were for the port. It's doable!

I got what I got. A silver twin. An old Peavy 2 12. A couple of crate 2 10's And an amp I bought for a really great guitarist friend that took his life Fender hot rod. I need a music room.
