Love your recommendations! I’ve been searching for some socks that are a good length for slightly larger calves, I also find the typical sport sock a bit tight and unflattering on myself. Looking forward to the hue vs aritzia review :)

When it comes to ray bans, I've noticed that many people on RU-vid/Instagram/Tik Tok are into round, hexagonal, oval and/or irregular shaped pairs these days, but not aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters. Does that mean I can't wear aviators, wayfarers or clubmasters? Just asking for advice.

Wear whatever suits your face shape best. I used to have the Clubmasters I should have kept them. I have a bad habit of selling things the moment I’m over them but then regret it years later 😆 I think most Ray-ban sunglasses will always come back into style.

I am in the middle of liver/gallbladder flush right now. I just did 2 cups of olive oil and 2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon. The trick was mixing it in the vitamix. I did not eat apples or apple juice. However, all cleanses say to use freshly squeezed apple juice. You should use Granny Smiths because they are bitter and it is proven they have more malic acid. I have test from my doctor that my liver enzymes are high. CT scan and ultrasound confirm gallbladder stones, low pancreas enzymes and a lot of gas, as well as a liver mass. I did drink kifer and eat kiwis to support my digestive enzymes. I will continue to eat these for the next month with Granny Smith apples. I remember my first gallstone flush with Epsom salt! I can attest to the horrid smell! It was so horrible I see we at my house stuck for a week after! I was 36 or so at that time. I did a few that year. Nothing like the first one. 🤮🤮🤮 Now, 20 years later, I was led to a flush again however, I had a lot of health issues going on. Extreme chest pain and weakness. Overall whole body pain. A lot of new diagnosis as I avoided the doctors office at all cost! I figure since I am 54 I better get all my typical test like mammogram, colonoscopy, typical blood test. Well that opened Pandora’s box! I do coffee enemas on a regular basis. I had 1 colon polyp that was removed. One month before I had colonoscopy I started getting diarrhea for a whole month! It continued for another 15 days. My BM have never been normal since then however it was not diarrhea. I know now it is because my body wasn’t able to process my fats. My thyroid became under active. Low T4, high TSH. My cholesterol was high, vitamins were low normal, creatinine was high. My MCH was low. I was finally diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. I had my gyno run my hormones. My cortisol and dhea were basically zero! My TSH and cholesterol were climbing. I have been diagnosed with autoimmune and degenerative joint disease as well as an aortic aneurysm. Lol. I’m sitting her watching her drink this magnesium and I feel like 🤮🤮🤮. Oh those memories! Once my Gyno said my leg weakness and pain in my legs and chest were not from ovarian cyst my NEW doctor actually called me off the cancellation list to get me in sooner! It was a God send! He agreed to do chest CT and abdominal CT. I kept pushing my date up by calling the main number to see if they had cancellations. I ended up going 45 minutes away on the morning I had an attack. I did get my iodine down but it did not stay down. However it was enough to find my gallbladder was a balloon and spots on my liver. This led to blood in urine and high liver enzymes. So he ordered the ultrasound. I was going to fast first and do ultrasound in two weeks until I got my bloodwork back. I started drinking baking soda water immediately to get my liver enzymes down. After 5 days he did run my liver enzymes again. They improved dramatically still high in 2 main ones. Yesterday I did receive my ultrasound report. Still waiting for my doctor to call me. I decided yesterday I am doing a gallbladder/liver flush. Mind you I started doing the carnivore diet with great results. So I did eat high fat for my breakfast meal. I did have steak at 2. I have learned the reason why you have gallstones and congested liver is from bad fats and not enough good fats. I started carnivore to actually get my gall bladder to pump! It worked! I have more sludge that gallstones. I believe a gallstone actually got stuck which caused the attack. I will this mix was very easy to do with great results thus far. I will do more prep over the next few weeks and do another one again. This video is great. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. I hope it work for everyone! It does make a difference in your health and well being. I did put mine off until I was forced to do it. Listen to your instincts! It will be interesting to see and feel the improvements from this. Do your research on eating good fats for your liver and gallbladder! Eating foods that support your digestive enzymes. When you are younger things run pretty smoothly until you hit your 50s. I swear everything just stops all at once! Avoid this support your organs. Never let your doctor tell you your symptoms are in your head or that you are getting old. Needless to say I fired my old doctor and met him know my diagnosis that he and his PA missed because they refused to do test. They better hope I do not lose function. I refuse to have body parts taken out. The gall bladder is needed to make your hormones. I am 54 and I am very capable of having children and proud of it. I fast regularly. The past year I didn’t do it like I usually do and I am paying the price. I will do gallbladder/liver flush 3-4 times a year now. Best wishes to everyone!
