hypertophy 8-12 reps make it burn and eat and eat!

Buuuuuuulk and focus on 5-8 rep range with occasional high rep work (+10 reps). If you're doing calisthenics only, then 8-12 as Dom said.

Don’t push yourself too much too soon, just lift a bit every day and it will come quickly and easily

Currently At 70kg Current records for one rep maxes are: 60kg for ohp and 50kg for dip Sloooooowly getting there
