This is my Booktube channel where I post reading vlogs, bookish vlogs, reading wrap ups, book shopping vlogs, hauls and more! My favourite book genres are fantasy romance and contemporary romance but sometimes I'll read thrillers and general fiction as well. I used to love reading growing up but then kind of stopped when I was in high school and university. I am so happy now that I once again found my love for reading and have a place where I can share this love with other fellow readers! ❤️
I really got hooked into the nightingale i read it in one day this is the first book by kristin i read i didn't enjoy the great alone but i did enjoy the four winds and fly away winter garden was good
I love the comparison to Emma’s mom & the Mom from Maid. Their erratic behavior with the painting was similar. I truly enjoyed the journey this book took you on. I would rate JFTS #1, POYW #2, and YT #3. How would you rank the part of your World Series?
I appreciate this breakdown of the book. I was drawn because of the cover but listening to your review, I’m sure this isn’t the book for me . Appreciate your feedback, very authentic
I loved The Women too. My other fav by Hannah is The Great Alone. I’m the opposite re Carly Fortune books. I love them & heading to PEI next month inspired by Lucy. lol! Funny Story was my best in June.
Current reading Funny Story, and I agree!! I absolutely love the banter, and the growth of friendship. I felt like EH is so good at writing growth IMO. I have to be honest, I find that her writing is good enough WITHOUT the romance aspect (I felt something similar to your opinion on Funny Story with Beach Read). 🥰 Overall, it seems like you had such a solid reading month!!
Ohh, I love the video!! I appreciate you for sharing more of the story than only the sinopses, I had to DNF this at 35% because I just didn’t feel connected to the characters or the story at all, it was such a turn off for me since I really liked The Seven Year Sleep ☹️

The doggo butt 🥹😍 Also your home is GORGEOUS. I love all the shots you have! Me as a slob 😂 You read so freaking fast! Honestly... this book from what you're talking about up to the first half-ish of the book feels more like a thriller/mystery than romance.
This is actually my parents house lol I’m here while they are away! But yeah this book was definitely not what I was expecting when I bought it and I do wish there was more romance to it 🥲 thanks so much for watching ☺️
Stumbled upon your vlooog because I was trying to see what people's thoughts are on Not in Love! I personally really enjoyed it the mindlessness of the book 😅 But it really didn't have much of a plot or depth to their romance outside of the physical aspect. Still a good read for me IMO, especially since it was a little bit of a palette cleanser from the other books I was reading. I find that Ali Hazelwood always writes "enemies to lovers" but they're realllyyyy looosely "enemies". Have you heard about her book planned to come out in Early 2025? 👀 I probably won't be pre-ordering that one since it's not really my cup of tea.
Haha she definitely does love the “enemies to lovers” trope! I haven’t heard of her new release coming next year I’ll have to look into it! Thanks so much for watching ☺️
Great vlog❤. I love the Throne of glass and I've been rereading the first one. Also I really enjoyed the Kindreds curse series and I'm excited for the last one to come out.
What a fun vlog, and a beautiful book store!! I love when authors keep it in the universe and check in on characters we already know and love! I haven’t read Ali Hazelwood yet, do you have a favorite of hers your would recommend? Good luck with your 24 hour challenge!! I had a good time a couple weeks ago completing one 🫶 it’s not for the faint of heart 😌
@@JillHeartsBooks TY!! I will let you know when I read the Love Hypothesis 💖 I didn't expect the 24 hour challenge to be such a physical struggle for me.. by the end my eyes were so sore, but I also wasn't completely sick of reading 😆
Great video💖. I haven't read Not in love yet but I just finished Love theoretically and it was so good. I absolutely loved it and it's one of my favourite books that I've read this year.

wow, what a ride this story was. I AM SOBBING first of all, i deeply love that Abby puts TW on the first page (yes CoHo, i'm looking at you). i can totally see why some topics would be triggering for people secondly, i absolutely adore Abby's writing. i can never get enough of it and i won't stop reading until i finish. i loved the connected world, THE WAY I GASPED AT DANIEL, ALEX AND DOUG Justin's character is top notch. i'm not into third act break up normally, but here it was so beautifully and devastatingly done. і LOVED that Emma chose to work on her mental health and didn't want to traumatize kids. maybe if my ex went to therapy, i don't have to deal with some issues now XD. jokes aside, i love how they were here for each other and that it shows that a relationship is about being there for each other when things get hard. i loved Maddy's character too, especially how she's always honest. 5/5, i hope Abby releases a new book SOON because i always look forward to her releases 🥹💓 thank you for the video <33

I enjoyed your video. I am a big fan of Lynette Eason and there is book 1 of the Elite Guardian collection series call Driving force. Came out March 2022. She has a great writing style and action with some romance with usually a team of badass women doing some tough stuff! Usually focuses on one woman from the group in each book. This book is on KU Now I’m going to start watching your videos from beginning. Happy new subscriber. I’m glad you are enjoying kindle. I love mine! I hope a later video has you decorating it.
I think it being expensive or not is entirely subjective - it depends on the book, location, condition, etc. My childhood thrift store charges $0.50 for books. The secondhand bookstore charges 20% of the original cost of the book. You can find them for super cheap at yard sales or online. But anything under $10 is cheap to me. 🤷♀️ I buy most books new, so anything else is a bargain.
