I tried building a Lego WW2 tank once and I gave up because it was from scratch and my fingertips felt like they were slowly wearing of and plus I didn't have any tread pieces. But I did make a half-track once so that's good.
Fury could've ended the battle so much quicker if they had known how unprotected the Tiger's shell storage layout was, if you don't know, there is a wall of live ammunition that sits behind the upper side armor above the tracks, if they had shot it there, it would've went up like a Christmas tree, even a 75mm short barreled Sherman could go through that upper side plate too, it is the best place to hit a tiger, even better than shooting it in the rear engine bay
so many things are wrong in this movie scene.. 1st off the TIGER not hitting the lead tank.. 2nd, the TIGER tank not prioritizing the sherman 76's(when it killed roy's tank instead of fury), 3rd, the TIGER moving out of cover and attacking the column, those shermans should be an easy kill at any ranges for the 88mm.. 4th, the shermans stopped firing smoke at the TIGER, the 75 sherman should have been delegated to hit it with smoke until the two 76's sherman got with in range of it.. 5th, the 76 sherman did not need to go around the back of the TIGER to pen it as a 76 sherman could pen the front at that range or at least hit it at its sides.. 6th, the logs were very effective in this battle but in reality, it would not do much.. but that's how it was written so yeah, I guess but if that TIGER was commanded by the black baron and not crewed by a noob one, that would have been a successful ambush.. great job with the lego battle sir!!!
I know that scene isn't the most realistic in the movie but they really make you forget Brad Pitt can't die this early in the movie and make you feel like they're in actual danger.
😉👍Very greatly and wonderfully spectaculary well done in every aspect and detail provided on this format of the beginning assault by the Germans of the Battle of the Buldge, A job very nicely well done indeed Sir's!👌. And p.s. can't wait for part 2 to be finished!...
