This is a great video for new goalies to watch. I've been working with my daughter on communicating the ball position. Also, your reaction on the low to high shot and understanding that as hard as your try, you can't stop them all, is a great lesson.
Played goal for a few years, then stopped for 30 yrs. Biggest difference? Good players then could hit a 1 gallon pail. Good players now can put it in a coffee cup. However, “old-school” checking is still the same! 😊
I’m confused by the first one. In lacrosse you’re allowed to hit somebody when they don’t have the ball. It’s hockey where you can’t. That hit wasn’t even dirty it just looks bad that’s all
