Thank you for motivating us 40+ ladies!!!! I just turned 47 and I am looking forward never back. Weight training is key to increase bone density for our age range ladies. And Protein for building muscle mass so I eat nuts & seeds every am, and Greek yogurt adding flax seeds to get my probiotics in. I’ve noticed I don’t even crave the sweets eating like this. For my still acne prone/hyperpigmentation skin, I’ve just discovered Tazarotene gel, so far I’m liking it more than tretinoin because I’m noticing a glow and evening out of my skin. I love this, lately I’m discovering a lot of beautiful 40+ women and it’s inspiring ❤.

Good morning! You know, I generally am not a fan of courdoury either, but I thought thisskirt was just too adorable to pass up. The crazy thing is courdoury is supposed to be huge this fall; we will see if anything else amazing draws me in. Hello gorgeous! You know, I haven't really dipped my toe into mixing bold prints. I've seen it done and it looks so chic and fashion forward. I'm not big into prints in general, so that is likely why that skill escapes me. Going plant based is far easier than it seems, and I will keep providing recipes to showcase that point. I feel like a lot of what I was researching when I transitioned from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet was overly complicated and time consuming, and it took me a while to figure out otherwise.
