It's amazing because I'm always impressed with how much hand-eye coordination skills these people must have to do this for years and years. Between the Lions, Muppets, even Shari Lewis who did 'Lampchop's Play Along', had the best discernment. It was like her hand and voice were completely separate from her.
I used to watch this show all the time along with caillou, Barney, jay jay the jet plane, telitubbies, and Clifford. The feeling of waking up in the morning as a kid and eating my breakfast watching these throwbacks really takes me back 😢 really miss those days of feeling pure joy and excitement. I’m 23 now, and like to come back to these for the nostalgic feeling and flashbacks.
They should make a PBS KIDS Throwback Channel featuring classic PBS KIDS shows like this, Dragon Tales, Reading Rainbow, It’s a Big Big World, Zoboomafoo, past seasons of Sesame Street, PBS KIDS Bookworm Bunch, Fetch, and Postcards from Buster! Also add in the old bumpers & promos too! But whatever u do, DO NOT add in any of those babyish shows like Barney & Friends, Caillou, Teletubbies, Boobah, Jay Jay the Jet Plane, Peep & the Big Wide World, or Pocoyo!
this was a great show. i just wish it was still going. i think lionel's puppeteer was awesome! from his ears wiggling to all his "COOOOOOL" comments x3
M Miles I think I watched this on pbs kids but I can’t remember I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it once or twice when I was a kid but I liked Sesame Street a lot when I was younger
