When are you going to sell the AMP? I don't understand why Arcimoto still owns it. How many rapid responders are out in the wild? How many FUV:s were sold in October?
Never. That would be an entirely different vehicle. The FUV currently has superior traction with its three flat tread car tires totaling 14.5 inches tread width on the road at all times.
I am used to videos of factories showing tons of activity. Everytime I see a video from Archimoto and now TMW the factory is empty. Why, when you are failing to ramp and your production is still crazy slow, do you want to keep posting videos that make it look like your factory is not even active?
live in Colorado and this is what I see as an investor from the outside looking in; I may be wrong. Arcimoto is only delivering to Oregon, Hawaii, Florida and California. The vehicles have so many colors and body options that each one is custom built and packaged for shipping. Arcimoto should consider shipping only one color “white”, with only one or two body options. Let third parties add custom features. Ship the entire vehicle (packaged tightly) in a single crate to anywhere in the world with some assembly required by user. Make the customer aware that this may be an off road vehicle in some municipalities. Have a RU-vid video on assembly instructions.
They also deliver in Washington State and Nevada which is 50% more than you claimed. Crates are far more expensive than rolling 4 of them into a large covered trailer unless it is for a single delivery off the beaten path. This is not an off road vehicle and any state seeing it that way will be changing its laws to accomodate the new market in autocycles. Arcimoto negotiates with each state to try to get non-applicable motorcycle laws, special licensing and helmets deleted from the autocycle categpry.
@@popeyegordon Your points on the cost of packaging and shipping are well taken. But, shipping costs are always paid by the buyer. Give the buyer the option of factory pickup or pay shipping costs. This would give Arcimoto a worldwide market. If Arcimoto is delivering vehicles, then Arcimoto is also in the freight business. Please don’t take this personal, but Arcimoto needs to decide what business it is in, and stop chasing every design feature that their customers dream up. Find the core business and stick to it. @@MikeCasey311 You are speculating without fact checking first. There has ALWAYS been the option to pick up at the factory and locals choose it. A few rent trailers to pick it up from farther away. You have no valid point about "what businiess it is in". The core business is a UTILITY VEHICLE WITH MANY APPLICATIONS. That's what they sell. Over 500 so far, 5000 preorders.
@@MikeCasey311 Arcimoto will not be shipping over seas for a long time. Those buyers would have no technical support, no way to install software upgrades/updates or finish recall actions. Someone managed to get one down to the Bahamas, she recently had a fit in our owner group because she could not get the software glitch cleared up to get running again. A brand new innovative utility vehicle design should be open to finding the most demand in variations it can develop. It might turn out the Deliverator becomes the highest selling version. Nobody knows yet. You have not owned one, I have the head start of 3 years of waiting for mine to be delivered while finding all info available on the web daily.

There is a long term plan that is being adhered to as much as possible in the current economy. It is reviewed every quarter, adhering fully to the laws. Growing too fast has killed many a company. Hi Nico! Keep up the good work. At 5:18 you say that the space underneath the office "may eventually become more fabrication space". Terry however says in this factory tour ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Cona3vMl1FU.html at 8:28 that that same space is where the automated assembly line will eventually be. I wonder why this is not communicated clearly. The company's future rely on the ramp of this automated assembly line and many of us investors are curious about the progress on 1.x.
From videos that I have seen it seems that the fenders are not sturdy enough. Could we get info on whether or not those are being upgraded or has been upgraded? How strong are they now?
As a shareholder, I appreciate the update. However, the stock has been very disappointing for the last couple years and now hitting all time lows. Losing big shareholders like Ross and others, I hope you guys really take in Monroe's advice along with dissecting every inch of Tesla's manufacturing to make ramp factory successful. Tesla is no model. They got a $475 government million loan. None of the retail investors are in the green. At least other companies have gains if you were in early on. My guess, stock will do a reverse split to double digits to avoid short term delisting then continues the fall in price, further harming current shareholders. I've seen this so many times before... reverse stock split, continued down spiral. Disappointed...

Not interested is trying to glean something from nothing, I work for my dollars. I was on the receiving end of permanent damage to the American Dream caused by greedy investors who take their gains from the paychecks and benefit packages of the workers so I know what I am talking about. Again, as a thousand other short attention span investors have done here, you talk as though Arcimoto is the only manufacturing company that is having hard times reflected in stock prices, completly ignoring the global pandemic/war economy that affects the entire world economy. I would like to see a beginning to end flow of producing a vehicle. Sub system builds, how many sub systems, sub system integration into a fully assembled vehicle. Another video, amount of effort spent on the Fun Utility Vehicle and it variants, vs the electric trikes. It seems to me that it is super important to deliver the vehicles to customers ASAP. The stock is going down, product delivery will give investors a feeling of success.
My wife and I rented and test drove an FUV earlier this month in Eugene, to get a feel for it, and look forward to a retest before we buy one, once the heavy steering at low speed is fixed. Any idea of timing on that? The FUV is otherwise great, like a Disneyland ride for the road, yet stable.

Mr. Panache, FUV management has sent you on an impossible mission, hoping that a little vaudeville song and dance with banjo playing will distract from the fact that there appears to be no production happening at FUV. Unless they are paying you a lot of money, my advice to you is run like hell.
You spoke of parts for the assembly line, and then failed to show the assembly line or assembly line workers. I think this explains why FUV isn’t shipping.

I think this explains your rant. I am a very satisfied owner of the FUV. Great product, great warranty service. The actual assembly lines have been documented recently in videos.
I know you have the lean mean machine in the works as the result of working with tilting works. Do you think that the future of the FUV will be tilting as well? Another question: I live in Illinois, why can't I order an FUV now but have to preorder it. If I preorder one, how long before I would actually be able to buy one? You have a huge property and many buildings... wish to see the production lines humming along instead of just sitting there. We need higher volumes produced and lower prices. Great to see the site, but this just doesn't feel like a manufacturing site but more of a job shop making prototypes. Hope you can ramp up production, expand to other states (like IL), and get the costs down.
Production is one thing, sales another and cash flow yet another. Sales are slow. Cash is disappearing faster than snow in May. Produce all you want but if you can't sell them, or they cost too much to make, bankruptcy lies ahead.

There are 5000 deposits and sales are shipping as fast as all the parts and materials can be attained in this pandemic/war economy where all manufacturers are against the same supply issues. Another suggestion: I live in New York City, where both the Parks Dept. and the Police Dept. (traffic bureau) bought a bunch of Smart4Two cars to use over the past few years. I think they bought both the ICE and EV versions. Those models were foreign-made and are no longer sold in the US. That might be a potential market for Arcimoto EVs, both in my city and other large US cities. I imagine you've also thought of this, but I'll throw it out there anyway. The potential fleet market could be huge.
Using the term 'IR' is too Wall Street. Respect your investors and make it easier to find an understand by naming the channel "Arcimoto Investor Relations" or put (IR) at the end.
As a shareholder who is down 23%, I have hopes for the future but in this video I see no sense of urgency, a tiny clip of people actually building stuff but 9 minutes of "storage space." I met Jesse at an EV conference in Bangkok and bought my shares after having a good long talk with him and understanding how Gali's analysis at the time was wrong. Gali has since joined the company and gone silent, Mark is out and Jesse is "interim." The mean lean machine is a useless distraction. What is going on? I've test driven twice, once in Eugene and once in Key West. It's OK, but very heavy and it's true that the steering at low speed is terrible. When will the differential motor control be implemented, and will it be applied to all existing units? Tell me things are getting better or I'll just have to give up on you.

Down 23% eh? I'm down 78% and still holding strong! Remember the whole stock market is down right now, there's a massive supply chain issue and it takes time to ramp to profitability (see Tesla in 2019). In my mind there's still a place in the market for this product, they're just working through the road blocks to make it happen now.

No company owes you short attention span people an ongoing time stamped video documentation. Until a few years ago no company even had a forum for this and yet they all did well while following the laws about investor information. You are due a quarterly report, nothing more. Any additional info is something you should thank the company for.
Nice insight into the facility. It shows plenty of room to grow production and scalability potential. In all the videos it appears that there is not much actual assembly taking place. I would like to see every workstation in use and product rolling out the door and being staged for delivery!
Please don't get caught up in today's 'transparency' hysteria, Arcimoto peeps. Just because people have subscribed to a free RU-vid channel, or become Patreon supporters, or are even big-money investors, it doesn't mean they should be allowed to run the company by committee; don't let online focus-groups dictate policy. Sometimes it's a good idea to slam the factory doors (both physically and metaphorically) and just let the guys inside get on with their jobs. Nothing wrong with giving regular updates and progress reports, but it's not healthy when ordinary members of the public demand the right to stick their noses into every aspect of a business and associate closed doors and the sounds of industry from beyond them with wrongdoing. A company's not a democracy; don't be afraid to tell people that you're 'too busy to indulge them at this time'. 🙂

Investors are very interested in progress toward financial and production goals and giving us the info here means they can turn the other channel into a pure part of the customer marketing funnel.

Concerning the footage of the factory spaces... Where's all the workers???? I heard crickets in the background, not machines running. There was three people working. I mean really, they "stage" a house with furniture when they want to sell it. Having problems finding employees? I know there's an abundance of Chiefs, but hardly any Indians. So a 50,000 unit capacity factory must be fully equipped and stocked and staffed wall to wall the day after the buildings are purchased or the whole project is a failure to be gossipped about on the internet? I did not know that.

This is a good idea. Lot's of rampant speculation and FUD out there so getting info directly from AM is welcomed. More in depth videos on specific areas of design and manufacturing would be great. Getting a detailed road map on 1.X launch would be very interesting too.
At this point, I will encourage you to drop a video on a weekly basis. Do not be afraid to report on bad news if something is not going according to the plan. Investors want transparency. Those who were supposed to leave already left. Do not leave us in the darkness because it always opens room to negative speculation.

I only found this by chance by watching an independent Financial RU-vid channel that mentioned it. Why couldn't this just be streamlined on to the main Channel with already 14,000 subscribers?
Demand exceeds supply. 5000 deposits already. As I drive my Arcimoto I keep hearing people saying "BADASS" and I get stopped by drivers who are extremely curious. Simply seeing one on the street has a powerful effect on demand. The rental fleets create buyers who order one an average of two months after their experience. They add an average of $4000 in extras to their orders and extras are all gravy.

My investment in the FUV was the smartest thing I ever did. Very fun and economical to operate and the few resale vehicles are getting their full purchase price. Rentals typically result in sales 2 months after the rental experience and those sales include an average of $4,000 in options which are the highest profit cream of the business, they are raking in the dough. Why would you launch a campaign of hateful lies against a great US product? You are just a loser with only two subscribers after 8 years. Are you even a US citizen?? Get a job.

@@davidpalmer7175 I am just an owner. I invented nothing. But new vehicle designs MUST patent many things to avoid cheap Chinese knockoffs with no legal recourse. Both processes and mechanical designs can be patented. Do you really think they went through 14 years of R & D without protecting their work?
