Lots of gaps in the instructions. No charging advice, no advice re removing their bottle and adding yours. The diagram shows no dipper so it is quite confusing as it seems crucial.
Show how to attach the bottle. As unboxing it came with an empty bottle attached. So i removed that and went to add my bottle of Joy. Where does it say to remove the dripper plug?
how do you get the oil and water to mix?? oils are not water soluble. are you adding alcohol or something else to the bowl to make sure the oil disperses?
Love this blend. For me, I adjust this recipe twice a week by adding a bit more warm water to the bowl along with two drops frankincense essential oil. Frankincense is amazing for those who have mature skin, though I also use frankincense to nourish mine and balance out my skin.
I feel uneasy about the way you keep saying vaporise and vaporiser. Traditionally vaporiser uses heat. Not all the methods you mention here use heat. All the other essential oil companies refer to diffusion, and the tools to do so as diffusers. Ie: a candle diffuser, ultrasonic diffuser, electric diffuser, reed diffuser etc. if you go to any of the vaporiser shops online, none of them sell diffusers like the ones you've mentioned - just various medical devices and e-cigarettes. For a long time I wondered why your emails and website didn't promote diffusion or sell diffusers but I now realise it's a labelling or word issue.
I appreciate your feedback. In Essence pioneered aromatherapy in Australia over 35 years ago and the term most widely used back then was vaporising. I am sure you would agree that regardless of the label we use to describe the unit, vaporising and diffusing essential oils into the air is a beautiful method of use to scent our environment and uplift the spirit. However, I will gladly use both verbs in future to minimise confusion. Thank you.
Beautiful presentation & so good to know that blend for jet lag. Hope we get regular demonstrations of use for other purposes. My husband has a spring cold & I would love to know what oils would be good to help.
Dear Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to watch our video. I would Spritz or Vaporise 6 drops of Breathe Easy and add 2 drops of Australian Sandalwood to boost the blend. Best, In Essence Aromatherapy
