This just happened to me in a Walmart in Clearwater Florida I waited for the lady to put a groceries in the back of her car had my blinker on then she backed out and that's how I was pulling into The spot already in motion she then comes around the back corner and then flies into the spot this big fat lady then gets out of her car and ask what my problem is and I when I explain to her that that's my spot I've been waiting she basically tells me to fuck off and I'm an asshole so I then parked my car behind hers to block it in while I went into Walmart to get a gallon of milk I got out of my car walked probably 15 ft and realized that wasn't the right thing to do so I walked back to my car at this point the ladies filming me with her camera and she says I got your picture I said that's fine I started my car and I put it in reverse to start backing away from her she didn't go to the bank account take some picture of the tag then she said she's calling the police I said that's fine you big fat bitch and then I told her I'm going to go park somewhere else and I'll wait for the police to go ahead and call the police I told her Go ahead and call the police so as I'm waiting in the parking lot The security personnel drive by I asked them to stop just so they can wait with me so it shows no interaction with the big fat bitch please came to go speak to her they go speak to me then they go speak to her again then they come back to me please stand up soon as I stand up I got arrested and they charged me with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle because they said when I was backing up I was backing up on her but here it is if I'm backing up why does she get behind my car that is Florida law for you
