I love your classes. I typically stay away from yin style with any instructor as my mind can't sit still for too long, but I'm loving your summer series and saw yin flow so I was intrigued. I really enjoyed this class...thank you!
I love this yin flow. Such an amazing way to start my morning. Very gently waking up the Mindy and body. Would love more yin flows. Thanks you so much for dedication to your style of practice. I appreciate the gentleness for the body. ❤
This has becaome my Sunday routine but i missed this past Sunday. Forgot to bring my mat to the station. So i did it tonight. Very awesome videos. Having some difficulty with some poses due to lack of flexibility but the videos are helping. Be blessed thanks again! 😔🙏🏽
@emmaeIIe Prop your pose! You can use blocks under your feet, under your knee, and under your foot. You can also take a simple cross-legged position. it's gentler, but you get a similar stretch. I'll try to do a demo/short for this. I hope this helps 😊
I loved ❤ this practice and am very excited for the rest of the series. I did it mid-day, but anytime is a good time for yoga. Thank you Shaunneka!🙏👌✨♥️
I did it after dinner. Love the yin flow! Just what I needed to wind down from a long, hot day. I have been drinking water all day, every day because it has been so hot and humid. Usually, I enjoy a cup of cinnamon herbal tea or a peach turmeric tea. I might make an iced version if it doesn't cool down soon! I loved the wringing out at the end! I could imagine myself letting go of all of my stress. Thank you for another awesome practice! It is a true treat having an extra class during this series! ❤️🧘🏻♀️❤️
Love Kombucha, right now GT’s Marine Green or their Alive Root Beer Elixir (with the healing alchemy power of mushroom) , otherwise all day & nite I drink mint water with electrolytes added (it’s been really hot up here in the Yosemite area)
I was never a beverage person. Ever since I started your workouts, I saw you'd keep a drink with you. I got curious about drinks and started to experiment with my own. My favourites would be fresh tender coconut water, and peach iced tea ☺️
Always love your practices. This one was a perfect beginning to my day. I wasn't feeling well for several days and this was just perfect to get moving again!! THank you for all that you do 🥰💜🤍🙏
This was wonderful and my first time trying or of your videos. I will definitely be doing this one again and can’t wait to try more! One thing that was interesting during my practice was an emotional hip stretch release while we were laying and holding the foot. It was intense and powerful! Hips store emotions and I love when I get a good enough stretch to feel a release like that. Thank you!
Thank you Shaunneka, I have been juicing the fruit I buy either at the farmers market or Aldi, Ice in almost everything! it has been fun to experiment with different fruit combos. I really loved this practice, I added the shake at the end which is always wonderful to bring my awareness to the body.I have to stay limber. I am enjoying foraging, I am meeting more foraging buddies which is fun.
What a treat, a serie for the summer. This was a beautiful start. I hope your back is well soon. You asked about summer routines. I walk a lot, bicycle a lot. Being outside is the most in summer
I am so excited for this summer series! I did it this evening, but will enjoy the rest of the series as “sunrise and sunset”. My back has been tight so this was perfect! My summer routine includes bike riding and swimming. I would add gardening, because that is why my back is sore. 😃 Thank you, Shaunneka! So glad you took some time for yourself! My sister-in-law is a teacher, so I understand the end of school year need to recharge! Welcome back! ❤️🌻🧘🏻♀️🌸
