For the birds because we believe that there’s demons in these kinds of birds, there are legendaries been told and so it passed down but I do not believe about the stories that were told lol I feel bad for the birds
I loved to learn about the traditions and the legends from the Islands. They were always so fascinating, I wish I spent more time on Namdrik to better understand. I definitely had an outsiders perspective and didn't fully understand what was going on. It always gives me great respect for people who travel and take the time to live somewhere new. I also do feel bad for the birds too but they were a part of the experience too. I loved my time in the marshall islands.
Haha.. never make eye contact or physical contact with doggs.. or else they will follow you guys until you guys leave.. I know you guys are not tourists.. but this happens to a lot of tourists. And they always wonder why the dogs are following them and can not shoo them away.. because they’ve already gave attention to those animals lol.. But I don’t consider you guys tourists.. I’m just talking about other tourist who does this..

I'm from Ebeye. I remember visiting one of the outer Island call Lae Atoll. I was really surprised that there are not many people live there. and at night the whole Islands is dark you can't even see where you're going while some people walking and running around.
