Apparently this snippet was leaked in April 2019 by someone that got their hands on it during one of the studio sessions for Shelter, which would coincide with the 2015-16 window. I don't know if the full version was the same as the 1m06s file that Porter himself talked about, but I had heard about there being more lyrics like "make you breathe anew again" before this part. Still crazy I managed to find this just by searching for "keep you happy" ahahaha
