Good technique! I watched a few as the reduced priced pork cutlets I brought need cooking! I was looking for side dishes and think I'll just do a simple parmesan pasta.
if your not burning the seasoning its not blackened the burnt seasoning is why they call it blackening!! it takes on a whole different flavor when the seasoning is burnt better than your example what you are doing is fried fish with seasoning. turn the heat up to high it should smoke heavy when it hits the pan 3 minutes a side and it is done burn the spice serve with drawn butter and lemon
I have made chicken scallopini, but never thought to make pork scallopini. I am trying this tonight. I am tired of badly cooking beautiful boneless pork chops and being disappointed .
I know what you mean about the boneless pork chops, sometimes they can be so good! But most of the time it’s like eating cardboard.. lol. Pork internal temperature 145 F and there done! I you enjoy the recipe! Thanks for the comment!
