Manhattan is beautiful but overrated imo. I know this is a video of Manhattan only but I'm sure many people would choose Brooklyn Heights. I mean don't get me wrong Manhattan has many iconic locations, but you just can't beat living in Brooklyn Heights and having access to many trains and a plethora of shops and restaurants. Plus Manhattan is a stones throw away. Brooklyn Heights feels like the hidden gem of NYC. It would be my choice for any neighborhood in the 5 Boroughs... ❤😊
You are right. I should have clarified. What I meant to say was that when the second ave subway was under construction for many years Second Ave was deteriorated for quite some time. Not all of Upper East Side. Thanks for pointing it out!
This really is not about the best areas in brooklyn, only the stuckup yuppy puppy parts. Williamburg is now over priced and still high crime. I wont tell anyone about the real best parts, with lower rents and few bs people. Check out seagate.
Anything goes wrong with your rental, land lord pays. Anything goes wrong with your purchased home, with the banks money, u pay. These clowns have no financial education whatsoever. Please, rent, save, invest, and grow your financial portfolio. Don’t listen to these mindless creatures
Hi @victor03000 ! That's a great question. Cobble Hill is an established neighborhood and certainly highly in demand. Clinton Hill is up and coming, and certainly much lower than those neighborhoods closer to Downtown Brooklyn, such as Fort Greene. 😊
Hi @dclaudiolaw0106 - good question. The board or builders won’t tell you anything when it comes to an investment. However you can do your own due diligence to know if an opportunity is not a good investment. If it’s a resale, be sure to check if there are an ongoing assessments, whether there are prevalent issues or liens and lawsuits against the building. Those could be a red flag.
