I love this Interview with Johnny Cash. June had just passed away and you can tell how much Johnny missed her. I believe that Johnny died about 6 months after June died. Johnny didn't want to live without June. June was his EVERYTHING.
I love how June respected Johnny enough to give him constructive criticism on what he was doing. They were honest with each other and deeply in love. They were soul mates. God bless Johnny and June. I hope they are together now in heaven 🙏 ❤️
About a year a after the passing of Mr Cash I visited a popular state park here in Pennsylvania. The park has a large performance stage from which free concerts were given to the public. On this particular occasion I happened to be walking through the area when I heard this woman performing country western music. Mind you I am not a particular devotee of that music, so I just kept on walking. On my way back through the area I noted that same performer was still on the stage singing and playing her guitar. Something made stop and listen. Something in her voice and the music brought tears to my eyes. After performing the song, the woman explained to the audience that she was singing about her father. Her father was John L Cash. Needless to say I lingered a bit longer listening to her perform and chat with the audience.
JC was a very good guy,he had his run ins with things like everyone but I've always heard he was a remarkably great guy,and his wide ms june was a wonderful person as well,R.i.h. both JCs
I’m sad to learn of his forgotten wife, Vivian Cash. The documentary his 4 daughters made of their lives before June Carter came around was amazing. Everyone knows about June Cash, but Vivian raised his 4 girls alone, while he was traveling for 13 years. It seems he found the Lord after his many years on drugs and abandoning his wife and 4 girls. I hope so.
I hope you went to heaven, Johnny Cash and I hope that June Carter did too only God knows because he is the judge is to whether you can come and be with him or not but I hope you both made it. just saw the documentary about Vivian. Johnny Cash was not a good man. end of story. June Carter was not a good woman either. Their self centeredness, deceit and lies caused much pain and suffering. and there was no public acknowledgment of asking for forgiveness.
