Questions, i am pretty new to workday and working on one of the requirement. i am using maps in xslt 3.0 to store legacy and workday COA. I need to lookup legacy COA and get workday COA. I have written the map code wherein i am storing the data in the maps but my question is how do i refer to this map in another xslt. <xsl:variable name="testMap" as="map(xs:string, xs:string)" select="map:merge(/root/MapRec ! map:entry(legacyCOA, WorkdayCOA), {'duplicates': 'use-first'})"/> i have set the variable name as testMap. Can i use the variable name in another xslt?
@Ujwal - One more way is Custom DIS approach in studio. This should only be used when you data size is big. I have personally used it and saved a lot of time. One of the studio was running for 4 hours but by using DIS approach the INT completed in 50 minutes

Can you please tell us where this xslt code comes from in excel. After downloading report into excel what step is follow to create initial xslt code in excel.
I thought I have clearly mentioned each step in the video. Some people has created xslt by following the video. I suggest please go through the steps once again slowly. You will be able to get to the desired result.

Good question. We have started with few special characters based on the experience so far. And kept adding as and when we have encountered new ones. With in 6 weeks or so it has stabilized. The beautiful thing about this process was, as and when we have received new issues, we used to inform the business. They used to add the condition in the report and we were able to avoid change control. Win win
