You gotta have a different level of respect for a player to either score 81 on them, or have 81 scored on you and sit next to them and have such an honest and fun show. Mamba Forever!
I think this is where kobe got one up on most of the greats. His way of articulation of anything he has absorbed and learned from. He was a person so surgical in his methods to success.
If the wolve werent in the west KG would make it deep in the playoffs every year. Yall remember how crazy good the west conferance was back in the day!!!!
Thank you, Unsportsmanlike Conduct for posting this interview with Kobe. I love watching him during these interviews. They are so informative. Kobe really opens up and he actually loves talking about basketball as much as he does playing the game. That's our Kobe, smooth and cool talking as ever.
It's amazing how wrong I was on Kobe. I only pulled for him twice while he was playing (against the Magic in the finals because I had money on LAL in 5 and his last game because it was such a cool moment). But take those two away and I rooted against him passionately. I couldn't stand him and loved it when he lost and my nights were ruined when he won (incredibly immature, I know). But now I've watched hours and hours of videos, read articles, etc., and I don't understand why I hated him so much. I wish I could go back and appreciate him in the moment(s). He was so much more than a basketball player and applying the mamba mentality to everyday life is a must. RIP to everyone who was on that helicopter.
He is beyond brilliant!!!! So well spoken, so soft spoken. His heart was huge. I pray for Vanessa and her family all the time. I cry every time I watch something with Kobe in it. Such an hard working and I mean HARD working man gone way too soon. R.I.PARADISE KOBE & GIGI.....ALWAYS WANT TO SAY R.I.PARADISE TOO THE OTHER 7 PPL WHO LOST THEIR LIVES. ALL THEM YOUNG KIDS GONE WAYYYYY TOO SOON. LEGENDS NEVER DIE.....
“You go down with the ship. You don’t jump off and swim to another ship.” Lebron and KD need to sit down and meditate on this. Two of the most fickle superstars I’ve ever seen man.
felexer No matter how frustrated he got with Lakers, Kobe never switched up. This man spent 20 years with one franchise. 20 years.. That’s how it should be done man. He didn’t form a super team and take the easy route. He stayed during those dog years and it eventually paid off
He would never see a statue of himself erected in front of Staples center, He will never make his Hall of Fame speech, he will never see his daughters grow up, He will never grow old and present awards to the younger players. This is crazy man
Yesmany Rangel A Kobe Podcast would’ve been so sick. I can imagine driving down the highway just listening to him tell stories.. man. Everybody was robbed with his death. Everybody
"For me to ask for a trade, or to go play some place else to chase a championship - that's not me." This is what separates the true greats vs the ring chasing cheaters like KD and Lebron.
They didn't want Kobe's next 20 years to be greater than his last 20 years and that's why he's not here they wanted him to be a stereotypical basketball hero and he wanted to be the next greatest thing beyond that
I don't think so. The pilot would have had to intentionally commit suicide to do that. I do think he made a dumbass mistake by flying that day, which is obvious.
Kevin Bunn Is that so hard to believe though? A person willing to sacrifice themselves for whatever purposes they believe in is not far fetched at all.
@@Blackisbeautifull96 You got to live in reality and not fantasy. That same pilot flew Kobe out the day before. He didn't want to die. Accidents happen.
Hi edagdwg hearing these men talking everything that Kobe is saying will be used to make better manger and of the basketball players this is a class of what would you do Linda j peace ❤️💯
