I always love hearing this pastor's teaching. He is a highly gifted, passionate speaker and teacher of the word...so many biblical references! Appreciate the re- direction to focus on Jesus vs the darkness in the world! Amen! And highlighting that we can rely on the spirit vs just personal strength to help us display kindness to each other. One thought though...maybe the man he called out in the audience truly does have the fruit of kindness? God wouldn't withhold this fruit to those abiding in Him, right? I love the passion; please continue your good work of showing the love & kindness of God to the church. Thank you for your commitment and dedication to God's word, the church and the community. We love and appreciate you and all the pastoral staff and supporting members of Rock City! Thank you!❤
This is so good, you are a breath of fresh air for the Christian environment and God s call for all of us to walk and live by every word. Salvation brings knowledge to clarify and redeem our lives from sin. I am woman, saved and walking in His truth for 40 years of my 75 years. I like pants over dresses but dresses are available for events and I do not carry a purse as traditionally portrayed. My husband and I have been married 36 yrs and going on 37. I pray the people will hear what you have to share so that true disciples will be commissioned in knowledge and discernment and not traditionally religious views. Yes, study God!
As a Christian I agree with your message, however what is the solution for a working class person who is a Christian in a secular and woke workplace where using pronouns is required in to keep your job? It's pretty easy to say stand by the truth or don't capitulate with the language of the world when you don't have to worry repercussions that will negatively you and your family. Not to be critical, but I'm not hearing any solution to this problem... Any thoughts on this? Thank you!
As i’m not an expert, please do not take me at face value, but, I would suggest just using neutral terms, as it is not lying, and is neither breaking your store policy or your own personal belief, as well also being loving and caring to those around you. Seems like the best route to me.
We ask people their names and simply refer to their name when speaking to them or referring to them. It's how we have found a way to wade through the muddy waters. May YHWH bless you.
Since it’s quite a drive from Knoxville, TN, I so love hearing from Chad and others via this forum. I get to go to my church AND view this message a few times each week. This is so good!
