I wish my parents celebrated my steps towards quitting vaping instead of policed me for vaping. I have thoughts and feelings about how my parents would be a lot less stressed if I left vaping in the past. I just did it in Kansas. I smoked my last cigar, drove 8 hours to Kansas, and did not use any nicotine for 4 and a half months.
Stop the sale of tobacco. Nicotine is poisonous drug that alter the brain chimistry it is legal because it makes a lot money and the government like the tax that come from it.
Thank you for all of this information. It does help to dispell some of the myths. I was hospitalized for much of the holiday season with covid pneumonia. I believed the myth that nicotine was protecting me from covid infection. I smoked for over 45 years but pulmonary tests showed me to have a virtual lung age of 52yrs. I am 61 years old now. I am recovering from 2nd febrile event associated with covid pneumonia. I do experience night sweats but I have used a c-pap for 30 years now. Presently home on oxygen set at 3 ltr, pulse ox is holding at 88-92%.
I'm not even half way through the video but I can already tell this lady is slightly judgy in her approach. This is probably scripted, but if it was in a real life set up, the patient wouldn't open up further. She should have been very neutral in her responses. Those wide eyed nods and high pitched responses weren't cutting it for me lol

Are you serious?... I'm a Hypnotherapist for Non-Smoking and I was thinking she was too sweet, and needed to really drive it home how awful Smoking is... LIke, "Get to the point, and get this done... No questions asked... Smoking is Terrible...etc... She gave him the chance to make up his own mind. She did a great job!
