Great workout - never seen sandbags before !!! Now does everyone brings there own sand bags? They are all over so many other bodies - hands otherwise, right? Clean them ? Gotta be honest - that is what came to mind as I watched them all in action
A SandBell can be cleaned with the same methods used for dumbbells, medicine balls, and all other gym equipment. This video was also made years before CV19. Each person can have their own equipment to use during a class.
This workoit at my gym KICKS MY ASS every time. I remember the first time i took this class i was sore for three days. I took some friends along a few times, even ones who are regularly active and they were dying. Definitely my favorite workout ever. Taking this class made a huge difference in my body and my stamina.

High intensity interval training will provide great cardio even in limited space. Use an interval timer or your watch and do these exercises for time with brief rest intervals.
For the first exercise, 5 reps on each leg. Second exercise--5 reps on each arm. Third exercise--5 reps on each side. Fourth exercise--10 reps. Do 4 total rounds!
I must disagree with the bad comments. I train my clients similar to this. I'm pro TRX, BT- ROPE, KB'S and SLAM BALL'S. My clients get results. The workout is cardio based, so TRX and Sand bells, I like it. It's definitely not a boring w/o !!!
