No, it's because she couldn't sing and did shady stuff to even make it into the industry. She was a fake and copied other artists. Girl bye. As far as her "version" being better, go somewhere. Her version sounds like some cheap karaoke and barely sounds like she's trying to sing. The latin elements are good, but her vocals don't cut it and it doesn't help the pacing is too slow which contributes to her singing sounding lacking. This here is how you do a song. The pace is right and the vocals are much stronger and flow harmonically.
