Hi Sir, generally speaking... No. Because Teams control phones through CTI feature of our PBX which requires the phone to support CSTA protocol. But either analog phones or FXS gateways support CSTA. So even though the analog phone is considered an SIP extension to the PBX through the FXS gateway, the CTI can not work. The only way to control analog phones is by using DTMF. However, as far as we know, there is no ready-to-go solution for Teams, so specialized secondhand development is required to realize it.
