I checked their website and it seems they have a pool and offer afternoon tea from Thursday to Saturday. It was disappointing that The Fairmont doesn't have a pool. The St. Regis seems like a great place to stay. Enjoy your visit!
The website states that the Monorail opens at 7:30am for early entry. It will drop you off in Tomorrowland, near Space Mountain, which should be the closest location for you. I hope this helps. I have never rope dropped for Tomorrowland. Usually, I only do it for Adventureland.
