Are SUV's allowed in there? I saw a sign saying NO SUVs at 1:24. Is that really true? And also how much does it cost to park the whole day? Like 12 hours or even 24 hours
The parking portion is run by LAZ, which is popular around NYC. There is a surcharge on SUV's and there is the height limit as you saw, there are portions where taller things wont fit. Here is the link to LAZ for rates by time; www.lazparking.com/local/new-york-ny/port-authority-bus-terminal
hey! thanks for the comment, it really makes me feel good that it can be helpful and motivated to put stuff out there that can be helpful. thanks again for the comment.
Hi! You are correct, since I was driving at highway speed, there was really nothing to hear and I never added music. Lately, I been doing it more with sound at low speeds to pickup the city sounds. I been trying to figure out what makes sense for viewing pleasure. I did add music before, but wasn't sure if anyone liked that. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for the video. It was very helpful. I was flying to EWR for the first time after the car rental moved to this building. I watched your video a few times and my conclusion was to stay in the right lane at all times, lol. I remember that EWR gives you a cushion of less than 0.1 mile whenever you need to move to a different lane. Granted everything is a big loop so I can always try again when I come back to the same spot. And I did notice the different options of getting to other terminals from terminal A....thought it was kinda odd. Usually the Air Train at other airports takes care of going between terminals, yes?
among the original terminals, your totally right. The new terminal is kind of out there, not exactly in the loop, which is why the last time I was there, you had to take a bus from the other terminals. If driving in, yes, it's all a loop, but can take a lot of time if your running late. Glad it could help, I missed it a few times the first time.
@worldviewsuperstar well, my flight got cancelled yesterday and I ended up renting the car again. I can safely say that I can drive to the car rental place coming from 78E with my eyes closed now. This time I decided to walk to Air Train after dropping off the car. Let's just say that I got my daily quota of walking from that!

And after returning the rental car, you either have to walk 8-10 minutes to Terminal A or 6-8 minutes to the AirTrain station. Hard to think well of a new terminal if it’s a challenge to reach. FYI, there are shuttle busses at the AirTrain station that go direct to the terminal, which means they know the station was built too far away. One step forward, two steps back.
I noticed the buses too, it seems they are still figuring things out. The new Amex Centurion Lounge is still not done yet, so its clear there still a lot of work. The luggage carousel are very close now though in Terminal A. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Arturo, your right. The address from the hotel is; 1080 Stewart Drive, Sunnyvale, California, USA, 94086. But it's actually the same location and place.
