In your eureka forbes application my water purifier warranty expired but in the amazon application where i purchased the product is under the warranty and the customer care support told me that sir your product is out of warranty. I have been using aqua guard purifiers for around 30 years. But this is one of the worst design I have seen. That glass is a joke! You are marketing the product on the basis of glass and aesthetics? The inside filters have been same many years no innovation at all!! Your service people know this so well. Instead of spending your money on the designers who designed this and on their so called reasons for upgrade, you could have given it to a better team!

After sale services are worst. After refusing to avail services after 1 year, the technician purposely didn't connect 2 filters and hence instead of 4 internal filters, only 2 was functional.
