Totally waste of money i had spent on your product and i had attach a photo for your reference i want only replacement or refund my money back also i file a case in the consumer court Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have been using aqua guard purifiers for around 30 years. But this is one of the worst design I have seen. That glass is a joke! You are marketing the product on the basis of glass and aesthetics? The inside filters have been same many years no innovation at all!! Your service people know this so well. Instead of spending your money on the designers who designed this and on their so called reasons for upgrade, you could have given it to a better team!

After sale services are worst. After refusing to avail services after 1 year, the technician purposely didn't connect 2 filters and hence instead of 4 internal filters, only 2 was functional.
