The supreme Court ruled on Roe and gave each individual state the power to pass its own regulations on Abortion. The people tell their representatives and Senators what they would like in their own state and the Legislators of those states would pass laws according to what the people of each state would want. The Supreme Court did a wonderful job in this case instead of having a federally mandated national across the board ruling on abortion This is what Democracy is supposed to be. Legislation by the people . The problem is Pro Choice people want every state to be alike and all of our states differ in laws , taxation , governance. Some states would lean towards Pro-Life and if that is what the majority of the people want in that particular state then it is adhering to The Terms of Democracy. People vote a certain way and are represented and it is the most fair way to have legislation in these 50 states. Case in point in most states you need to be at least 18 years old to become a bartender. In some states you need to be 21 years old to bartend but in West Virginia you can become a bartender at the age of 16. Why because the people of West Virginia wanted it to be that way. Democracy at its finest.
