Any refined white sugar is bad man, some ppl won't consume it so your idea of little is irrelevant. Also raw honey is full of enzymes and antioxidants and also is low glycemic because it's higher in fructose, which normally fructose is not good for you because it goes right to the liver, but since I want the benefits of kombucha imma drink it and if I have a choice between kombucha and jun imma go with the one with the added bonuses of honey for obvious reasons and besides the benefits honey is still a better source of fructose than white sugar as white sugar is refined. So would you rather have all those bonuses and a little fructose left or a have some white refined sugar left which is terrible for you in any dose? Seems obvious to me and since we have a choice and have the knowledge why not choose what's best? Or did you just wanna show us how smart you are like we don't already know the story eats the sugar regardless of honey or white??? In general green tea has more benefits than black also so again, drink your kombucha and leave the Jun ppl alone. We are not stupid we chose Jun or both for a reason
Awesome information... everyone can share this video with someone else who will benefit from knowing the information she's sharing in this video... great job!
Quisiera hablar facilmente en espanol, pero mi primer idioma es ingles. Entonces, muchas veces no se varias palabras para hacerme entender para las personas que hablan el espanol super bien. Quizas una dia hago un video sencillo. :) Gracias. :)
I’m so glad to know that. I know it can be challenging for many people to begin their wellness journey. And at the end of the day, it’s “one day at a time.” Keep up the good work and have a great week!! 😊👍🏼
Thank you Suesann. So sorry I took so long to reply. We've been travelling and I've been experimenting with growing my own micro-greens and sprouts. Have a great week. Be well and be blessed. :)
Thank you Elba. Since I made that video, I have recently found a place nearby that makes and sells non-GMO corn masa and tortillas. One day I'll try them. I don't have an intense desire to eat them since they're so high in carbs, but once or twice a year will be fine. I hope you had a good day. Be well and be blessed. :)
Can you please tell me where you got your corn from?, I really want to make tamales for Christmas, but I am terrify on GMO or non organic. I usually buy tortillas el Milagro Mail, they taste somewhat ok, but so many people say the ingredients shown in the package are not legit!🤨🤨.
Thank you! I actually started fasting 16 hours, then 18 and just recently 20. It actually gets easier for me and I love not worrying about eating the three meals and snacks I was accustomed to. It has become a lifestyle as well as the Ketogenic Protocol. Like your one videos on Keto for Beginners, it has to become a lifestyle and most folks need to gradually eliminate carbs, etc. It's pretty cool though. Thank you for your positive comments.
lol..THANK you! I sure appreciate your uplifting comments. That's how I think though, when I see prepackaged things. I have some strange pet peeves. lol ..Love you! Thank you.
@@shilohmassageandwellness Doing well. Thanksgiving messed me up a bit but going to make a new video soon. Work has been a nightmare. Other than that, all is well!:)
Hi Marissa!! Thank you so much. Sorry I took so long to reply, but we had out-of-town visitors and they just left this morning. I'm glad you enjoy them. In fact, I need to make one this week. Have a great evening. Love you lady. :)
