Did you insulate the lines, reservoir and put corking tape and all the metal fitting? I’m only asking my IAT2 are cooler than that on a Gen3 Roush car in 106 degree Houston heat? If the ambient temp is the 80’s IAT2 should be in the 50’s or lower. Just curious if y’all achieved the best thermo efficiency!
Nice. It would be great, although time consuming, a Stock dyno result VS the JLT VS Legmaker. Also, from being a previous owner of a Red Eye Challenger, for what its worth and I do not know BUT, if you remove the hood scoop grilles and look between the scoops, theres a good chance a foam divider is in place, I removed mine and believe it helps for at speed airflow and may have actually brought the IAT's down just a bit. Some research and postings claim a slight HP increase.
So how cooked am i , legit didnt do the calibration , i dont need the car to run , can i still do it w the whipple on or do i have to revert back to stock 😭
@@TeamBeefcakeRacing sorry about that , on your video you guys hooked up the tomahawk first got the file and sent it out to whipple, i did the exact opposite , im almost done with the whipple install but im worried that i am going to have to put everything back to stock to get the file from the car , besides waiting , does it matter if the whipple is already on the car whenever you get that file?
The Dealer that sold me my 24 GT is scheduling my car for the Whipple Install. THERE NO WAY they will install new plugs, do you have a Plug Part number for the colder heat range you mentioned? Id like to take a set in with me, gaped appropriately. THX MUCH!
@@CoyoteAUS due to the RPM limiter in seventh gear we didn’t get a full pool but based on the six gear pool, it would’ve been somewhere between 8:20 to 830 wheel
@@TeamBeefcakeRacing mm ok. I'll be getting mine back from the shop here in Australia (whippled 10R80 s550 132 TB 3.75 pulley) tuned on e85 but only to make 780rwhp abd I was hoping I could scrape in a 9. Looks like I won't. 🙏🏻 for your reply
Vortech email brought me here. I drove up to your house and picked up a kit for a 19 back in in 19. Bought a bunch more parts from you. CAP dyno'd the car and it's makin 892 to the wheels at 5280 ft.
On the BOV video I heard you say that you might be switching to a carbon fiber hood… I’d be interested in buying the fiberglass hood if you end up selling it soon. I’m only about 1 hour from you.
Really good video! The headlights and radio upgrades really made the difference, I actually like the car now. Excited to see those Forgeline wheels here soon! #svtcobra for the Win!
@@easton0128 well typically we recommend oil pump gears if you’re going to be using two steps, trans brakes or bouncing off the limiter And a certain horsepower level you need them just because they will break
Do they offer anything other than the 6.25” back space on the 15x10 4.50 bolt pattern? It’s looking like I wasted money here fitting them on my fox as it needs more like a 6.50” back space.
