I Just did a protein treatment with aphogee two days ago along with deep conditioning and the loc method; my hair feels strong and moisturized af!! I have 4c hair and this routine is the best!!! I don’t want to hear anyone with 4c hair say their hair is hard to manage if they’ve never done a protein treatment, deep conditioning and loc method right after!! 😂

Hair growth oil is a damn scam. It's about scalp health. And internal health. I have CCA and your content still helpsvaresst my inflammation and thicken up my hair. Oregano oil treatment before wash day and ordinary no oil on scalp but hair tonics and derma stamps helps. CCA not the end of the world for all the hair because caused by bad hair practices. Ibalsobdo have autoimmune issues but Oregano oil better than the steroids and fungal stuff. I have those too. I take oral minoxidil

However, it all depends on your goals and what you’re trying to accomplish. I wouldn’t overuse these products; deep conditioning, hydration, and strengthening are often all you need. Consider your diet, too. Are you getting enough protein? Could you be iron deficient, causing your hair to be thin and brittle? Do you have an underlying condition or alopecia? Using bond repair products without addressing these factors is a waste of time. I recommend consulting a dermatologist to check for hair loss or nutrient deficiencies. Tackle these issues first, so your hair care efforts are worthwhile. Good hair starts at the cellular level. Hope this helps! ❤️

I have been taking Nutrafol and employing many of your other hair growth strategies such as using essential oils and Nioxin serum twice daily, a consistent hair washing routine, and wearing a glueless wig as a protective style for 6 months. Eww its a hard NO for me I'll pass 😊.

Hey Carmen, yes you can microneedle before using the serum for deeper penetration but I don’t recommend microneedling daily there are soo many risks associated with the overuse of microneedling I wouldn’t recommend it. Once a week or twice a month is fine
From what I understand from taking any vitamins even if there are extremely HIGH dosages AMOUNTS your body is designed to only consume what it needs and the rest is waste
