Nice build, but your torque curve looks like a ski slope 😅 I see you tried to address this with lots of head upgrades, cams & bigger valves etc. A 3.5" exhaust and downpipes is a must at that power. You need to look at a compressor map for your turbo. You probably need to run close to 3 bar of boost to get near 800hp. There's no way that's going to happen with 9:1 static compression. Anyways good luck with the build👍
The map is being refined, I had the head built for strength, I have a tubular Manifold built just not put it on yet, it will be going more power, as soon as I've sorted them out I'll get pritpal to do another video.

Ahhh I understand your issue now, Use the mk4 golf 4motion gearbox, bolts on to the v6 and still in the mk4 platform so cluster should work with that sensor
Hi mate, great job on the install nice and subtle with the bumper not cut to pieces. looking to do the same for my anni but want a metal finish on the intercooler rather than black. Any chance you could shed some light on how gravity have finished it in black. Is it just paint that I could remove with paint stripper? Any info much appreciated!
You didn’t need to chop so much off the crash bar bracket. You can just drill out the stitch welds from the plates that sit behind the mounting bracket and then just feed the pipe through.
They look great, Prit! But I am confused a little. You got the original Hella Audi lights, then you got the Depo lights... which of the two did yo disassemble?
Hi man! Thank you for the watch! I disassembled the depo lights, it's easier to fit the projector 2.5" inside as halogen depo's are 2.5" and stock hella projectors are smaller. Mod can be done to both but depos make it easier!
converting a BMW e39 uk headlights to EVOX-R V2.0 D2S Bi xenon.... i noticed that all the EVOX-R V2.0 D2S Bi xenon sold are with a US beam pattern .....can those me modified to be used in uk? how? can the cutoff be inverted? thanx
aluminum is EXPENSIVE atm, cutting that hurt me haha ...im looking at that square and getting ideas, is that aluminum and thicker gauge ?! Maybe use something like that for this and punch/drill it out haha? Thanks for this video! I'm replacing my rad/fans and just did some CFM testing as best as i could learn in a few days on the OEM mkiv fans since I couldnt find the info anywhere at all. I heard this thing gets hot though, with a smaller plate how hot does this get after driving for an hour or so?
Haha it was cheap at the time I got the aluminium! Thicker gauge works better for a heat sink but due to location of where I placed it, it gets cooled from driving along too so doesn't get too hot!
