I completely agree with you about nudity. It is far more comfortable and healthy. Wearing swimwear is really crazy, as it is so much more comfortable to swim naked.
I don't understand why anyone would care whether you do or don't. If I stopped wearing underwear. I sure as heck wouldn't be telling people on social media or anyone for that matter. Want to know why. Because like you nobody cares
Parent birds do not care whether a chick has been handled by humans. That is a mammal thing. Scent is important to most mammals, but hardly at all for birds.
I rescued a baby swallow. Part of the mud nest broke off, and one chick fell. The other two stayed in the broken nest. So I took it home and fed it mealworms and superworms until it was able to fly away and get its own food.
Love your taught “With you, every day feels like an adventure. ... “In your arms, I've found my home. ... “Your love is the greatest gift I've ever received. ... “With you, I've found my missing piece. ... “You're my best friend and my greatest love. ... “You make me believe in magic.
Dealing with depression was exhausting until I tried Planet Ayurveda. Their herbal supplements have given me the emotional support I needed. I feel more energized and positive about life. I'm grateful for the natural relief they offer.
You have PCOS because your insulin levels are elevated all the time. Insulin levels are elevated all the time because: • You eat more than 20g carbs/day • You snack throughout the day • You might be on hormone-altering pharmaceuticals (birth control, etc) • You have poor or limited sleep If you fix your insulin and keep it fixed, your PCOS will automatically reverse in about a year. Don't get me wrong, those seeds definitely have nutrition. No doubt. But PCOS isn't the result of a lack of nutrition. PCOS is the result of an overabundance of hormone (insulin). Eating seeds simply has no significant effect on your insulin. It will probably help manage PCOS symptoms, but if you want actual PCOS reversal, you have to deal with the insulin. I am happy to explain more, or answer questions, or address concerns. Peace and love.
Also, you can verify that I'm not BSing you about your insulin problems by taking one of these two tests: • Fasting Insulin • ADIPO-IR Fasting insulin about 5 uIU/mL is not good Fasting insulin tells you your baseline insulin levels. ADIPO-IR is pretty much the best test for detecting insulin resistance.

I love menstruation cups, I never use anything else! I keep mine in a jar with hydrogen peroxide between cycles in order to get rid of the discolouration
I'm in a similar position. I feel like I've tried just about everything at this point so I'm excited to see the results of seed cycling. It's too early to give a review just yet, I'd like to give it a proper go, so keep an eye on this space... I'll be letting you know how I go with it!
Very intersting, I have hormones issues too, can you please make a plan for all the cycle? I have terribile migraines during the ovulation peak, which seeds are best? Thank you so much!
Not sure I understand the concept. What is cycled here? Do you change the seeds every week of the cycle according to whether you are pre or post ovulation, etc.? Is it any kind of seed or just these two in particular. Never heard of this concept even though I studied medicine.
@@pinkiesmum Yes, it’s the seeds that are cycles depending on where you’re at in your cycle. Right now I’m in my menstrual / folicular phase so I’m taking pumpkin and linseeds. For my ovulatory and luteal phase I’ll switch over to sesame and sunflower seeds. I’m not surprised you didn’t learn about seed cycling in your studies, from what I hear it’s mostly prescription meds that are learned about and PCOS is also a wildly understudied condition.
It's the physical damage caused by taking antibiotics. In my case I was given an extremely (and unnecessarily) high dose which has caused havoc on my body.
Those chirps are calls to the birds Parents . I would have put it high in a tree of window ledge so the Birds Parents can find the bird by the chirps . Hope it survived
I'm from Ukraine, my English teacher recommended watching your videos. I really like the quality of videos and pronunciation is pretty clear for me as for non native speaker.
Thank you for your inspiration 💚 I'd love to use up what I already have, but what can I do when I find out that some of my products I use are full of parabens, silicones or sulfates?
Hi Blue Ollis, I love the video. I tried making my own oil combo, but for some reason they're separating and I don't know why 😢 I used aloe Vera gel as the base, and then added castor oil and vitamin E oil. The castor oil is great for eyes, lashes and brows, but maybe its too rich to mix?
Remarkable work! This content is fantastic. I found something similar, and it was beyond words. "The Joy of Less: A Minimalist Living Guide" by Matthew Cove
I absolutely hate bras. I think I still own two just for if I absolutely have to wear one, but I can't remember when I last did. I value comfort far more than I care about a bit of nip poke.
Here in Canada, many of the organic produce is sold in plastic packaging. The people who care more about their health and buy organic produce are often people who are more interested in protecting our planet and shopping zero waste yet most of the organic produce is wrapped in plastic. How ridiculous.
