I hope you enjoyed your stay in our country. Fun fact: The building on your right @ 10:47 (On the left side in the video) is called the Willemswerf and is the building that was used for Jackie Chan's building slide stunt in the 1998 movie "Who Am I?".
I LOVE the Netherlands. It's my favorite country. That's really interesting about filming on that building. Rotterdam has some insane and creative architecture! BTW, I'll be posting a vid of biking north toward Texel in the next day or so :D
@@Drokens Rotterdam is certainly cool! It's also probably the most different city when compared to other Dutch cities. This has everything to do with the fact that Rotterdam was bombed by the Germans during WW2. Because of this, a lot of Rotterdam had to be rebuild, which was taken as an opportunity to redesign a lot of the city. Texel is great as well and is a popular destination for people that want to go on a vacation without leaving the country! Enjoy :)
Glad they don't sacrifice people anymore. lol. Thanks for sharing this. We are so excited to see this next month and film it for our channel. Machu Picchu is #1 on my bucket list. We are a father and son who travel the World to plant trees, clean beaches and teach people about culture, history, and natural wonders. Glad to find your stuff and hope you might like ours too. - Bear
the camera is a little bit too shaky, but the places, impressions and views are beautiful. Thank you very much for uploading. I´ve been there 4 weeks ago and love this little island because of the friendly people, astonishing views and different landscapes
