i love your army showcases! They greatily ispire me to convert my aos goblins to a fantasy orcs and goblins army. Also i will probalby steal some ideas of your amazing unit fillers
thank you so much! At the time of recording, i think it was about 6 years. I am still working on this army almost 3 years later. I might do an update some day :)
i was recommended your 2020 vampire counts army and my gods you have such a stunning collection of models! i would love to see some battle reports with your gorgeous armies. keep up the absolutely fantastic work!
Thank you! I'm not native french speaking, but I understand :) Some of the models are usable from AoS for sure. In 2022, I showed a Troggoth I use as a giant
Yes I do! I'm humbled. A painted warhammer army... a brother that paints me gorgeous minis... AND a girlfriend??? AND a rockband??? Dude, I'm living the life man :D
Found this after I've started collecting Orcs & Goblins in preparation for Old World. I'm painting up some models, working out batch painting methods and planning on how I expand the collection right now, trying to stick to plastic and work out appropriate base sizes for models not designed to rank up, or ones that were hard to rank up. I'd heard about unit fillers but seeing some done has me thinking of all the possibilities.
That's a gorgeous looking army, well done!! I love how in depth you were in this video. In most army showcases on youtube, they go over their armies way too fast :D
What a stunningly gorgeous army! I love the blue theme, looks really menacing. And absolutely phenomenal job on some of those colour transitions and the freehand drawings on the banners! You are clearly a very talented painter to be able to do such clean freehand drawings on such tiny and uneven surfaces.
Outstanding work dude. Great to see there's other players out there keeping the game alive with some of the brilliant models coming out of Age of Sigmar!
A beautiful army and lots of funny little details :) I think you mentioned that you wanted to strip off the paint from the squig hoppers and repaint them? But if I were you, I would try and just give them a little "repair paint" before stripping them. You could try and add some extra shades and highlights to a few models and see how it turns out. If it looks fine, you can save a lot of time instead of stripping them and start all over.
Could someone please explain to me how the unit fillers work rule wise? Does for example a 9 slot unit filler count as 9 models, even when it oly has one for models on it? Or is it worth exactly the number of models it actually has?
Hi! There are no official rules for unit fillers. However, I use them for what the base size would represent. So if the base is the size of 6 guys, it counts as 6 guys. - There are no formal rules on this, but it's widely accepted.
