Dan Rowan was a P-40 fighter pilot in the Southwest Pacific. In one fight he shot down two Japanese aircraft before he was wounded which ended his combat career.

I've met Ruth once. Very nice lady. When I mentioned that I've seen the animated series "Linus the Lionhearted" and remembered that she provided the voice of Granny Goodwitch, she mentioned that she and the actor who was the voice of Sugar Bear made alot of money on the Super Sugar Crisp commercials that they worked on.

And, "They need to take responsibility." 7:49 -- Harold Stassen ran for President in elections, but never won the Republican nomination. This is gonna be hard for young'uns to get their heads around, but Stassen was a liberal Republican who joined MLK in the famous March on Washington. Yep, there were conservative and liberal wings to both parties, often identified as "Hawks" and "Doves" respectively. Stassen was an interesting guy. He's worth looking up.
