Thanks for the live gameplay, alot of benchmarks do replay which is not necesarrily accurate, looks like 7800x3d is a really strong CPU especially for Dota. Even my 13900k can't match these framerates.
for me everything is stuttering... my 6700k gtx 1080 was running better than 7800x3d 4090... more fps but the stutters are just like yours... it';s either win 11, amd or dx12. I will experiment a bit, but it's awful atm.
You're losing performance running at 5600MT/S unless you manually tune your RAM timings. You'd see a 15-20 FPS boost at 6000MT/S. Fabric of Zen4 is optimized at for 6000.
@@purpleman5564 I'm projecting 15-20, but yeah, the infinity fabric for Zen 4 is optimized at 6k, so you'll most likely see a frame gain in that neighborhood. Very likely CPU bound and the additional RAM/fabric speed will improve your framerate. Especially if you're seeing less than 100% GPU utilization, which I'm guessing you are. If you run at 6k Cl30 or less, that's optimal. Depending on your kit, you could see if they'll achieve 6k and if you notice any benefit by tweaking in your BIOS.
are you using sodium + iris or just optifine? if you're just using optifine then that would explain why your frames are so low. even with those 70 or 75 mods u have it still should be significantly more than this.
Weird I have a 7800x3D and 7900XTX Ultra max everything 1440p with 150% res scale on top of all that and it never ever dips under 165fps vsync. 6000mhz ram. I doubt the 400mhz is making that much of a different u get some pretty low drops.
@@purpleman5564 Ray Tracing has horrible implementation on this game. Don’t need to use DLSS, matter of fact kicked the resolution scale on 1440p native to 150% resolution scale. Crisp clear image which is what you want for a competitive shooter. All settings ultra. No overclock or anything besides a custom fan curve.
I am rocking a 5700x and a 3070ti all ultra on 1440p at around 130 fps. something seems not right with your settings or pc in general. your 4080 should destroy my 3070ti haha
@purpleman5564 Dang, I haven't even tried FSR yet. But maybe I'll give that a shot to see if the performance can still be better. If you don't mind me asking, what was the general fps difference in the base with FSR frame gen vs DLSS frame gen?
@@purpleman5564 I recommended Davinci Resolve for video editing, it's pretty easy to use once you get used to it and I'd say it's pretty simple as well
