We Are DeKalb® is a free community magazine developed to convey positive conviction and inspire enthusiasm about DeKalb County, Georgia and its strengths. That magazine will be distributed in all cities within the county as well as to other designated counties in the metro-Atlanta area in Feburary, 2012.
