We usually do not instruct clients/people on specific methods. However, it is our recommendations based on products similar to the ones in question are: for bread and baked goods - AOAC official method 922.06 and for ice cream and frozen desserts - AOAC official method 952.06.

Hi there. I have questions regarding my test using Soxtec 1043. Is it necessary for the solvent to boil or it is enough when the refluxing solvent drop into the cup? What if solvent in some cups, let's say 3 cups out of 6, boil and the rest don't? What could be the reason for this phenomenon? Thanks for sharing
Hi, Setya. The method requires visible evidence of active refluxing in every condenser tube by observing the collection of solvent in the side arm of each tube. There are several reasons that may contribute to the cups not boiling including the cups, chips, plate, etc. Please refer to the manufacturer instructions. I hope this helps!

For the total lipids determination in milk, the official method is:18th ed AOAC Official Method 989.05 - Fat in Milk, Ether extraction method. JAOAC 71, 898(1988).

No sabemos de compañías que estén comercializando el Flat Iron (Infraspinatus) en México. Usualmente se vende como parte de la Espaldilla/Paleta. Esperamos que el video convenza a la industria Mexicana de carne que comercialice el Infraspinatus como bistec individual.
