Hey there, I'm Beth. I teach piano on the Gold Coast, Australia. Piano is my primary instrument, and I'm happy to be able to share musical performances of accompaniment parts because I know how great it feels to play along with a quality recording, and I enjoy playing along with my own accompaniments because I can get them exactly as I want them!
As for violin, I passed a grade 8 violin exam a few *cough* decades ago. I was pretty rusty when I started back in, so you may notice my earlier videos are quite shameful, but I like to think I'm starting to improve now.
Subscribing really helps my channel to grow - especially in these early stages. Go ahead and turn off the notification bell right away if you like, all good, but seeing that number go up by one would really make me quite extremely happy, and give you a little boost of good karma ;)
I learnt piano with the Suzuki method! It's a great way to learn - approaching music as a language. If you are enjoying Suzuki I'd stick with it. Violin is so difficult that I feel like a sound first approach is probably best for long term outcomes.
Hey Faith, it's in the Trinity gr 2 book - I have a link to it in the description box. Not sure how to get just this individual piece if that's what you're asking, but it might be on musicnotes.com.
Thank you! I played for maybe 7-8 years as a child, but only just started playing again last year. I am better suited to it now - I have more patience 😋
